Refunds

We will issue refunds or replacements in case of damaged items within 14 days of delivery. 

We ask that photographic proof of damage be submitted to rouxscents@gmail.com along with order number. Once we receive and verify proof we will issue your refund or a replacement to the payment method or address on file. 

If a replacement is requested but the item is out of stock we will send the replacement once the item comes back in stock.
